About Lynda

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, a certified Holistic Wellness Coach and also certified therapist in Rock Tape Application. In addition to Relaxing Swedish, Deep Tissue and Therapeutic Medical massage I am trained in PNF Stretching, Hot Stone, Moving Cups and Prenatal Massage. I am also educated and experienced with essential oils. As a working mom, I understand how easy it is to put off self-care which is why I focus on giving my clients the tools to care for their health. Along with the other team members of Serendipity Spa & Wellness Center, my goal is to use my years of expertise and collaborative efforts to help each client achieve whole body wellness.
